Our History
Founded by Oliver Grayston - OG Conversions is a relatively new loft conversion company. That’s not to say without experience. Oliver has been in the construction industry since completing his City & Guilds in carpentry and building in 2008.
Specialising in lofts has always been the main focus and having worked as a Loft Converter around North London and Hertfordshire for over 10 years it was time to start branding them with his own name.
The company's distinctive structure and the wealth of experience means your loft conversion will be a very straightforward and stress-free operation.
How We Work
We deal with everything – from planning and building consents to the finished product, including plumbing and electrics – leaving you with a loft ready for you to decorate and furnish.
Keeping You in The Loop
-
We’ll meet on site prior to work starting. We’ll establish house rules, discuss logistics, run through the plans, specifications, design detail, staging, sourcing - and anything else that’s on your mind. We want to make sure that what we think we are doing for our fixed price is actually what you want - we do not make assumptions. Once work starts, you’ll get regular updates about what’s happening too.
Less Stress
-
Everything is planned in advance. We want you to be excited about your project, to enjoy the fun of the build. And when we're done, you'll get Approved Plans, Planning, Building and Part P Electrical Compliance Certificates plus our Five Year Guarantee.
Company Services
Our approach is based on establishing a clear brief of the services you require and mutual understanding that the package you are being provided covers everything you’ll need. Avoiding any unnecessary costs, stress or delays to your conversion
